iPhone photo format tip
To avoid HEIC upload issues on non-Safari browsers, set each iPhone to: Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible. This saves photos as JPEG automatically with no quality loss.

Open Apps Script
In your Google Sheet go to Extensions → Apps Script. Paste the contents of gas_backend_v2.js, replace YOUR_SPREADSHEET_ID and YOUR_ANTHROPIC_KEY, then save.

Deploy as Web App
Click Deploy → New deployment → Web app. Set Execute as: Me, Who has access: Anyone. Click Deploy and copy the URL.

Paste URL above
Paste the Web App URL in the field above and click Test connection. You should see "Connected successfully".

Add to iPhone home screen
Open your Cloudflare URL in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Your team gets a full-screen app with camera access.
